Snowll collects only what it needs to run your account and keep funds safe.
Last updated: October 2026
What we collect
Your email address, login records, deposit addresses, transaction and trade history, and basic device information for security.
How we use it
To operate your account, process deposits and withdrawals, detect fraud, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data.
On-chain data
Deposits and withdrawals happen on the public Base blockchain. Transaction amounts and addresses are visible to anyone on-chain — that is inherent to how blockchains work.
Security
Passwords are stored hashed, sessions expire after 30 days, and sensitive operations require confirmation. No system is perfectly secure — keep your login credentials private.
